4 types of engagement or worry? Third angle is the most dangerous, know what is it
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), psychiatric disorders often include symptomatic symptoms, unusual thoughts, feelings, behavior, and interaction with others. Today, not only the elderly but also the young and the children are getting into the mental disorders. It is normal that we all feel anxious at some points of our life. Such as performing on stage, preparing for the exam or preparing for a job interview. Mostly, this small concern helps us to be better prepared and alert and attentive towards our goal. But in various cases, for some people this becomes a serious crisis for their day-to-day functioning and emotional well-being.
This happens when anxiety disorders are born in our body. People suffering from anxiety disorders portray excessive fear in those situations which are not usually scary. Nowadays, angiabetes is emerging as a mental illness which is facing every third person in its grip. It may seem normal disease, but if its symptoms are carefully read and recovered, it can prove to be very dangerous. Let us know that there are four main types of engagement:
Generalized engagement detection (GAD)
Panic disorder
Phobias
Social engagement disorder
By the way all disorders are dangerous in itself. But after reading the research, we have come to the conclusion that the third is that phobias are the most dangerous. Let's know them in detail.
1: Generalized Anglais Disorder
In more than 10 million cases per year, generalized anxiety disorders are very common in India. This is usually an old type of engagement, where people are just struggling with their day-to-day functioning, they struggle with themselves. In this type of affair, the patient usually feels headache and feels irritable all day long.
2: panic disorder
It is usually marked with sudden attacks after fear. It can come in really fast without any obvious reason and it defines what it defines. These can be frightening and often wrong due to a heart attack, but are usually not very dangerous. This disorder can cause chest pain, chills in your body, tingling your fingers and sharpening the heartbeat.

3: phobia
It is commonly known as irrational or unrealistic fear of an object or person. They can be both normal and specific. For example, a person who is afraid of heights, can be known as agoraphobic. Similarly, those who are afraid of water can be defined as hydrophobic. They may be due to various reasons, including special causes, genetics or some symptoms. People with phobias may experience shortness of breath, heart beat and dizziness.

4: Social engagement disorder
It is also known in the form of social phobia, which interferes with interaction and communication in a social environment, in which abusive fears arise. Thus, for example, a person suffering from this disorder can be difficult to question or participate in the discussion of the class. Causes of this disease can include criticism of sensitivity, low self-esteem, and poor communication skills.
All these disorders can be diagnosed with a proper evaluation, which includes interviews and lab tests. Thus, through the Clinical and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), mental health professionals usually come with a unique treatment plan for every type of anxiety disorder, including psychotherapy and anti-anxiety medication.
