A day to reflect on my family that suffered from lung disease

Raised money for ALA to further lung health research and I participated in a bike ride to the beach along with 3,000 other cyclist to honor those that suffered in their life's.

My grandfather and many relatives I never met died early from suffering from lung disease which was my main motivator to join this cause.

Just a day in my life...
