i have been drinking only water for the past 3 years. no soft drinks, just water. i'm lucky that here in singapore, water can be drunk directly from the tap so its really convenient.
first thing i wake up in the morning, i drink 1 big glass of water and throughout the day, i drink 1 glass every time i feel thirsty.
as a result, i have not seen a doctor. that really saves me alot of time and money every year!
