thank you, that is an issue that i can gladly step for , i suffer from fluorosis on my teeth because i was exposed to fluoride in the water when i was young.
flouride exposure is a serious subject that affects us more than so many things that get more attention, fluroide literally kills us, makes us uglier, makes us dumber and we barely have any control over it!
one thing you can do and i wish i could afford is a reverse osmosis filter , the only kind of filter that can get fluoride out of the water!

Good post! I know NYC has one of the highest levels of fluoride in their tap water. From my experience, drinking reverse osmosis water for several years is that it helps you feel better, think clearer, and to detox the cumulative toxins that we are daily exposed to.
