I couldn’t agree more - as always, your articles are spot-on. After our two boys, we had our little daughter. She’s 15 months old now, and I would love for her to love herself, BUT be honest with herself, too. Health - physical and mental - should prevail, and the body will follow ;). Thanks for this article once again!
