Saffron Honey - superb as it can gets

You have probably heard of saffron - the most expensive spice, the red gold, the exclusive gourmet ingredient, the cosmetic miracle, etc.

You have most definitely have heard about the magic properties of honey and it countless health benefits.

What you might not know is what is SAFFRON HONEY and how is it so absolutely amazing.

I would like to share my experience with you and tell you why I am so into saffron honey. :)

For several years now I have this daily routine of drinking hot (but not too hot) lemon-honey water every single morning. First thing in the morning. Every morning.
It is one of these good habits that keeps my stomach happy and my body energetic throughout the day. A year ago I substituted the regular honey (still 100% organic) with a saffron honey that I prepared myself. With my own saffron. Also 100% organic.

I strongly advise you do the same. Not producing your own saffron but drink a cup of water with saffron honey every morning! But no, seriously! It doesn't matter what lifestyle you have; if you are rising early & going to bed late, working some 12-14-16h/day and keeping your mind occupied and squeezing the last drops of energy of your body (like me) or you wake up at noon and do nothing all day.
