@gardenofeden Conscious post :) I understand that cooking food turns it acidic, which is why raw is truly the only way to go for healing and restoring homeostasis and ph. Fruits, berries, and melons to the moon!

Cooking deactivates some of the enzymes in food that help it break down and your body assimilate it. Raw is so simple, so accessible, and has drastic benefits for health! Thanks for reading & commenting, @captainpearson!
