RE: Report from the Bleeding Edge ( Part Two)
What an ordeal! And an interesting treatment for osteoarthritis? Instead of a hip replacement? I'm surprised you were up and about after that huge needle and the demerol and weren't resting / recovering. I hope this works out for you. Who took your pictures while you were being operated on?
Two months and all that travel? My condolences re your mom.
Thanks for your interest and sympathy.
You can see Part 1 for info on this treatment as a potential alternative to hip replacement. The pictures were taken using my cell phone by one of the two assistants that I mentioned as being in the small operating room. My every whim was catered to :-) so if I asked for a picture to be taken, it was done.
Thankfully, I don't think that I have to do any traveling now until Anarchapulco in Mexico in February.
I might have to have a hip replacement in the next few years so I was definitely interested in an alternative treatment....and your story was interesting to read.
Thanks for sharing it!
