Sitting for a long period of time can cause back pain.... exercise and stretching definitely makes a difference. Finding a fun activity to do helps to promote movement/activity to avoid getting painful backache...

Sort:  

Leave many minutes later, walk slightly. Have enough rest.

Staying stationery for too long will definitely affect one's health, I try walk around a bit to take breaks when working too long on the computer....
