RE: Chronic Pain

in #health6 years ago

My husband had the neurosurgery for his back last November. He still gets a chance that the pain and leg numbness will go away, but before the operation, he has a numbness in one leg and now he has in 2, and the back pain is different now but is far of being gone. So yep, in my opinion, every nasty tasting organic painkiller is better than the operation or the heavy duty prescription medications.

BTW @mamabear, have you tried the back strengthening special yoga poses? I tried to recommend that to my Mark but, no chances...

I’ve not tried yogo ones but other, done a bunch of PT , I degenerate disc disease , a disc that is actually ruptured.. a couple are bulging. I do pretty good most days.. but every couple months I’m almost debilitated.. this week is one of those times.. but it didn’t last as long.. and I’m not sure if it’s because of the Kratom, but I’m greatful I’m not.. lol
