Dear Diary: I Feel Bloated Already And I Cannot Eat
Today I was only able to eat a few spoons of rice with a little fish. Our neighbor gave us some sweet rice gruel with coconut milk and yellow corn so that I ate too. After a few hours my mother gave me some avocado with condensed milk at 4:00 PM.
Supper time I was feeling myself if I could eat but I just asked mother to give me Loperamide because my intestines are revolutionizing maybe because of the avocado. I already feel that I am bloated and lost my appetite already, I just ate the one piece of small banana with the medicine that I took for a loose bowel movement.
Now I am just producing gas and have a bit of problem breathing considering that I got dialyzed yesterday. I might be farting all night and hope that the toilet will be usable tomorrow so that I there will be no trouble using it as it gets flooded with the gusty rains.
This digestive problem really originates from my parathyroid medicine I just am put into unceasing misery of that drug. I cannot take it off because I needed it, if I stop it my bone problem will get worsen so I am in the middle of the worst case of dilemma ever and i just hope to surpass this situation I may not last longer than I expect it.
This may be due to the disturbance in your digestion system. Hopefully, it will al right soon.
Friend @criptopie I think you should have some good boil tea, that will help your digestion
Try to avoid rice at least for 2 days and consume more fruits and liquid. Hopefully you feel better tomorrow. Enjoy your weekend!
Just try as much as possible to avoid any meal that is going to disturb your digestive system.
