Sugar to honey (as u said) and LOTS of water. If u get hungry during yr day, PROTEIN!!! I’ll bake extra chicken breast for the week,slice it up and seal it tight in a large ziplock (no air) and I bring Romain lettuce leaves with me and the chicken, and when I get the munchies anound 10am, after the green tea wears off, instead of hitting the muffin cart, I’ll roll up 2 or 3 of those baby’s!,, mmmmmm I also use a seasoning that is salt free
