Don´t be SAD! Eat these foods and you'll feel better
Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that together with vitamins and minerals favors the production of serotonin and endorphins, hormones responsible for producing a sense of pleasure and well-being.
Therefore, when they feel sad, without encouragement, I recommend consuming these foods:
Chocolate
Nuts such as almonds, peanuts, nuts.
Egg
Turkey
Milk, cheese
