Why I Chose to Explain Medicine in Simple Words
Medicine is often seen as something complex, cold, and difficult to understand.
But from my experience as a medical doctor, I learned that most health problems don’t start in hospitals — they start with misunderstanding.
During years of clinical practice, especially in emergency and inpatient care, I met many patients who were not “ignorant”, but simply misinformed.
They didn’t lack intelligence — they lacked clear explanations.
This is why I decided to write.
I believe that medicine should not stay locked inside textbooks or spoken only in technical language. Health information should be simple, honest, and human.
In this blog, I will:
-Explain common medical conditions in plain language.
-Correct widespread medical myths.
-Talk about mental health without stigma.
-Share real medical perspectives without violating privacy.

I won’t give personal medical advice, but I will give medical understanding — the kind that helps people make better decisions.
As doctors, we see what people rarely see:
the consequences of delay, fear, misinformation, and silence.
If this content helps even one person avoid a harmful mistake or unnecessary panic, then writing here is worth it.
Thank you for reading.
And welcome to my journey of explaining medicine — one clear sentence at a time.
