How to Remove Gallstones Naturally, Without Surgery
Summary: An inexpensive, non-surgical treatment to remove gallstones that you can perform at home in one evening.
Gallstones are the product of a malfunctioning gallbladder. Stones are calcifications that form in the bile ducts and create painful blockages. Untreated, these blockages can lead to further illness including infections of the gall bladder, malfunction of the liver, pancreas and kidneys, and digestive problems.
Your gallbladder is seated under your ribcage on the right side. Normally, you can press your fingers slightly under the ribcage and there is a flexible indentation. If your gallbladder is inflamed or infected, it will feel hard and inflexible to the touch.
There are a number of at-home treatments for cleansing the gallbladder of stones. One of the best known is given by Hulda Clark in “The Cure for All Diseases.” It involves ingesting Epsom salts.
An alternative to this treatment, but one that works on the same principle, was developed by Dr. Claude Lewis and is given in detail at www.relfe.com, "Save Your Gall Bladder: Gall Bladder Cleanse," at http://www.relfe.com/wp/health/save-gall-bladder-gallstone-cleanse. This gallstone cleanse requires less than twenty-four hours to execute. It works by softening the calcifications and allowing them to pass through the bile ducts and out of the body.
I have used this cleanse very successfully, as have members of my family. What follows is the minimum required to do this gallstone cleanse effectively.
You will want to choose a day to do the gallstone when there is no one to make any stressful demands on your time. Gather your favorite books, your remote controls and other sedentary amusements. You need to be lying on your right side during the course of the cleanse and for a few hours after.
It is vital that you do not have even a sip of water after you have begun drinking the oil. It will cause nausea. Otherwise, this is not an unpleasant cleanse.
You don’t have to have a known blockage to perform the cleanse. It can be performed as a preventative.
Items required:
One pint of virgin olive oil
One half-pint of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Peppermint oil (food grade)
Pineapple juice
Measuring cup or tablespoon size measuring spoon
In preparation, you may do a modified fast with fresh fruit and vegetable juices for two or three days. This point is helpful, but not absolutely critical.
Choose a day to do the cleanse where you can be in bed or on the sofa completely relaxed.
At noon on the chosen day, stop eating solid food.
At 6:30, stop taking liquids.
At 7:00 begin the cleanse by drinking one quarter cup (four tbsp.) of olive oil followed by two tbsp. lemon juice. Then lie down on your right side.
Repeat the above procedure every fifteen minutes until the half pint of olive oil is entirely consumed. Each time, remember to lie down on your right side.
If you experience nausea at any time, take three to four drops of peppermint oil on your tongue or sip a cup of pineapple juice.
Go to bed that night, again lying on your right side.
By morning the gallstones will have softened and will be expelled from the system.
Some people like to collect evidence of the gallstones.
Warning: Do not drink water while performing the cleanse. Doing so will cause nausea. Diabetics, those dependent on insulin and anyone under the care of a medical physician should consult with their doctor before attempting this cleanse.
