It is hot but it will get hotter! What to do.

in #health7 years ago (edited)

Overtime, we have been faced with continued harsh weather, river banks are expanding as drought engulfs farming encroachments shrink in population while the population in cities quadriple.
We have been told that carbon emissions and other oxides of sulphur are the major culprits, but currently, like every other issue the world is currently facing, world leaders have chosen to make it into series of political stunts, hence, the eventual loss of interest.

On the other hand, big tech merchants have seized the opportunity to churn out series of "remodified sources of problems" in so-called ecosolution inventions. But that is a topic for another day. The first unspoken law of nature is that of "self conservation" and of course, how do i conserve me without you my readers?

The problem

With global warming in the mix, the first and major problem we must bear in mind is the intense heat.

so lets get conserved
Humans are made of almost 75% moisture, our skin of proteinous source denatures at 37°C and the tropics now have temperature which could rise as high as 39°C sometimes, if not higher.
However, this results into so many things; heavy perspiration, serious dehydration, dizziness, fatigue, fever amongst many other effects.
NB:denature is that thing you see your meat do when you hard boil it in water.

Don'ts!
Avoid staying under the sun's heat for a prolonged period during peak periods of sunshine, i.e 11:20am - 4:00pm, you may lose a lot of fluid and this in turn might have adverse effects on you.

Avoid using bodycreams that can cause heavy perspiration, or if you observe you tend to sweat a lot, avoid the use of bodycream

Flee from heavy makeups. if you must, then ensure you wash your face as much as three times in a day.

Avoid black and thick clothing.
This is self explanatory.

Do not drink water which has been kept in s PET bottle in your car for prolonged period of time, you stand a high chance of developing cancer from this.

Avoid strenous and heavy duty work.

Dos
Eat good food.

Always have drinkable water around

Stay in shade most times.

Wear sunglasses.

Wear light clothes.

Use baseball hats or hats .
These should be able to conserve you.

Anyways, remember to plant trees too, if there's still a slight chance of having our beautiful world back, it's by surrounding ourselves with lush green vegetation.

Thanks for reading.

Sort:

Every year the average atmospheric temperature is rising and it is a matter of concern and if it is not addressed then it will be a very very serious issue for our next generations.

Humans have always exploited the natural resources selfishly and the time has come to switch to renewable source and stop the green house gases.

exactly! thanks a lot for sharing my sentiments, it's just so sad that the world or majority of it has chosen the passive part in this issue.
