You know swallowing effect of bubble gum?

in #health7 years ago

You must have eaten some bubble gum. Then have you ever accidentally swallowed gum?

Generally, we fear that bubble gum will get stuck in the stomach and never come out because of its tendency to stick. Is that the only reason why we are banned from bubble gum? Of course not.

Well, let's see further what will happen to the body if you swallow gum.

Will attack heart

The very first effect that will occur is on the liver. Which one we know the liver is a human organ that likes to remove toxins from toxic gum before it becomes allergic. If chewing it already has a bad effect, what if it is swallowed. How is your heart?

When gum is in the stomach

As the gum reaches the abdomen, the acid in your stomach (hydrochloric acid) will play a role in separating certain ingredients contained in bubble gum. Generally sugar, softener such as glycerine and absorbent agent such as peppermint oil will be separated.

As the chewing gum gets into the intestine

Once bubble gum down to reach the intestine, bubble gum will come out through the rectum together with the feces. But it takes quite a long time, almost 25 to 26 hours to remove bubble gum from the body.

Bubble gum cant always be removed

Basically, bubble gum cant always be excreted by the body. This is certainly not due to the myth of sticky gum in the intestine. Rather it is more to the inability of the body to decompose the substances that should be released from a bubble gum that enters the stomach. So there is a problem until bubble gum cant be removed through the dirt.

well now you already know, dont swallow gum because it can have a bad effect on the body. Please upvote, comment and follow @farizzz and u can get more post from me. Thanks !
