Favorite Water Activity- Kayaking!

Who says working out has to be boring? Its fun to get outside and do an activity that benefits your body and your mind. For me, kayaking is one of my favorite things to do. Its surprisingly a decent upper body workout!

Luckily, living in south Florida, there are plenty of cool spots to kayak or do water activities. The intercostal, ocean (when its flat), lakes, and inlets are a few places. I personally like kayaking in the intercostal since theres so much pretty scenery to look at. The multi-million dollar homes are quite a sight to see!

It's not to me!! But others may disagree :P

waterslides :) the stairs usually keep me fit.

@jono22 haha good one! my least favorite part are those stairs!

lol yep i went to spain recently and it was that hot that by the time we did the walk from end of pool to top of slide again which was only 1 min 30- 2 mins our skin was dry again apart from shorts so every time we sat at top of slide again it was like a cold shower :)

@fitgirl living in Dubai is also great if you love doing water sports! You pretty much can wakesurf/wakeboard all year round! which is great for me because they are my favorite water sports that usually end up leaving me sore the next day :)

Love Kayaking! Have you tried out Stand Up paddling? It's really cool too :) Tried it out twice now this year :) Stand up paddling ,snorkling/diving and water skiing/wakeboarding I would say :)

Yess ive tried stand up paddling! It is a lot of fun. Good for working on balance :P

Oh I also like kayaking! But I haven't done it in a while :D Nowadays I prefer lifting weights :)
