Indian Ayurveda is full of mystery herbs which are very common and can be found in almost everycity and town of India. Today. These herbas were being used for thosands of year in India but with the arrival of modern age we somehow got distant with it and completely ignored the long run benefits of these herbsor plants. This name is given to this plant because of its medicinal properties.Not only thr stem of Giloy is of maximum utility but root can be used too. because of its abundant medicinal properties. “The stem of Giloy is of maximum utility, but the root can also be used. Following are the benefits of Giloy.

  3. Improves digestive system
  4. Treats fever.
  5. Helps in Diabetes
  6. Good for lungs
  7. Detoxifies body
Not only these but there are many other benefits also. Giloy can be taken in liquid , dried powder or tablets are also available in market. For diabetic patients, this medicine is amazing. It brings down the Glucose level in the body and help keep it under control. For respiratory problems, immunity issues this works amazing. In Ayurveda this is claimed that if someone uses Giloy on daily basis then he becomes immune to fever and cold.

This also works good in weight control. All we need to do is, bring this in our daily use and with this only we can not only save our health but also lot of money. Giloy can be planted anywhere. In your kitchen garden, compound or back yard. It needs very little care.
