Herbal Recipes To Clean The Lungs Of Heavy Smokers
If you have been a smoker for more than 5 years, this recipe will help you clean your lungs:
Composition:
- 2 tablespoons of turmeric
- 1 small slice of ginger
- 1 liter of water
- 400 grams of garlic
- 400 grams of sugar (white or red).
Ways of making:
First, you need to add medium water into the bowl and heat it up. Then, add sugar. when the water begins to boil, add another ingredient. Let it boil for 5 minutes and then turn off the stove, chill with room temperature. Store the ingredients in the refrigerator.
How to consume it:
Take 2 tablespoons of the herb in the morning with an empty stomach condition. And 2 tablespoons at night, after dinner.

Question - is that last ingredient supposed to be sugar beet, rather than sugar?
I ask because in the photo the fourth ingredient is clearly not regular sugar, looks like it may be a red sugar beet, and I've never heard of red sugar.

brown sugar does not have to be there. sugar just to neutralize the taste of the potion so as not to feel too bitter.

yes it is, but we need to add some sugar to counteract the bitter taste of the ram. so as not twerly bitter.
