RE: Here's everything scientists know about how to avoid ageing

so, whatever paper that is got some of it right, conditionally. there is so much out there right now. i got rid of my tv and my social life 7 years ago, i spend all of my extra time on this, right up until now. i decided to try to spread some of what i've learned. a good place to start, is here: https://www.bulletproofexec.com/category/podcasts/ don't worry about the commercial stuff, but the podcasts are a place to start. if you are serious, that is. track down and research the people he has on, and the information. if you do this long enough, a larger picture comes together and the inconsistent information in the mainstream becomes clear. turns out things like, the idea is, red meat is bad for you if the animal was fed grain. not grass. it creates the wrong fat balance to be healthy. also, seeds, as in, grains and nuts, have to be cooked properly to break down anti-nutrients called lectins or they can harm you. some raw vegetables contain such things as phytates, oxalates, and nitrates, to name a few, that can build up in your system and cause muscle pain, joint pain, kidney stones et cetera. also, the right kinds of saturated fats are actually good for you. your brain, lungs, liver. it just goes on and on, as much as anyone can learn and more. the food pyramid is a bunch of deadly crap. i didn't believe it at first, but once i was about three years in, it began to make sense and i could see all the lies for what they were. the red meat one was the hardest for me to accept. that is so hammered into us by the media, but it's all about grass-fed. cattle are ruminants they have compartmented stomachs so they can eat grass. they are supposed to eat grass. if they don't their meat becomes slow poison for us. anyway, if i sound crazy, never mind, but it's all out there for whoever wants it bad enough. i almost died about 5-6 years ago, and now i've never been healthier. good luck. oh, and i like your posts. thanks.
