@milopepper, it really hurts when the little ones are in pain, to me that's just a part of the growing process they are experiencing. To get fevers at a young age means they are building up their immune system. It is worrisome especially when they experience non-stop high fever for 5 days straight.

I have nothing against modern medicine, but I try to avoid them when I can. My little ones have not seen a doctor (touch wood) for a few years now because of the strong immune system they have built up.

It's easy to say "don't worry" but most importantly just keep keep her cool by wiping her down with a damp warm cloth with plenty of fluid to keep her hydrated and everything will be alright at the end of the day.
