in #health7 years ago (edited)

My wife has suffered fibromyalgia pain for as long as I known her, I wasn’t for a number of years we got a formal diagnosis.

I eat a lot of high thiamine b1 Foods, but I also eat a lot of probiotic foods like sourkraut and kimchi because of damage done to gut biome from years of abuse, stress kills gut bacteria and allopathic medicines I took for fms....I agree with the data in this post based on my own experience.

Great post! Love the sources at the end; so very critical with the torrent of information that falls in the nutritional paradigm.

Something that should be taken into consideration.
Fibromyalgia can be caused by a mycoplasmal infection in the neuroendocrine system.

Good article

If I keep my diet clean and well balanced I have no pain or fatigue. When I was a child my Mom checked me for autism, the doctors said absolutely not! Haven't been in any wars and I had a huge workup checking for these diseases when I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.....mine is related to wheat, sugar, and stress from years of psychological abuse, I had horrible reactions to vaccines.

Diet, exercise, and meditation are my keys to freedom.

I earnestly agree with you @ reddust, i strongly recommend a good diet and exercise once in a while,

I have cousin who was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, the situation really weighed my family down because we could evidently see the pains he was going through

It was not until we met a specialist doctor who had just returned from Seattle, US, he was the one that gave us some do's and don'ts

And in a few week, we began noticing positive changes

I was very close to him so i noticed how bad the illness got to him, especially the mood swings and anxiety

He is doing pretty good now, the experience really made me set up a good diet plan for myself and my kids and i also had to sign up at a gym nearby

How are you now, hope you're doing good amd have overcomed
