Truth!! I hate to use the word "shortcut" but intermittent fasting is definitely that when it comes to losing weight. I was a personal trainer for some time and anyone who I could convince to do it almost saw immediate results.

It is a great method on many levels as it keeps the body hormones stable during the day. Great knowing you found results on it as many diabetic patients I deal with also got great results too!
