Why I stopped eating apple seeds alongside apples: sadly they're also poisonous at 1-2 mg/kg cyanide content for an average 70 kg man. According to CDC (US), one ""would need to finely chew and eat about 200 apple seeds, or about 20 apple cores, to receive a fatal dose"".apple.jpg
