You can eat pomegranate, not as a regular Apple, but by the seeds to remove from the shell. Many people find peeling of pomegranates tricky work, but if you cut the pomegranate in half and tap with a spoon on the peel then most of the seeds will come out. Or you can cut the fruit into quarters and bend the wedges out. Also this will make it easier to remove the seeds.
You can also make juice from the seeds and drink the pomegranate juice. This juice can be quite acid, but still try to avoid adding sugar. Choose honey or stevia instead of sugar if you think it’s too sour or mix the pomegranate juice with other natural fruit juice. For example, delicious pomegranate juice to mix with apple juice, orange juice or carrot juice. You can also buy ready-to-eat Pomegranate juice in health food stores and many supermarkets.
The extract of Pomegranate peel can be taken as a supplement. The peel of Pomegranate contains a lot of antioxidants and is even better for thr cholesterol than the flesh.
You can also make pomegranate seeds oil. You can use this oil topically for relief from eczema, psoriasis and dry and irritated skin or insect bites and sunburn. Also you can use the oil, which is rich in antioxidants, for skin aging and wrinkles.
An infusion of the blossom of pomegranate may help diarrhea, while an infusion of the leaves of pomegranate may help prevent anemia.
