Staying Home and Staying Healthy!

During these quarantine days, people staying home can't keep up with their health. which is extremely wrong for them.
I have noticed this thing from people around me and in my contacts. Thus it is very essential to keep up with the healthy lifestyle.

Exercising daily is not easy for most of the people but inculcating healthy diet is possible, definitely healthy doesn't means expensive and not tasty food. rather there is a lot ore variety than still known.
Here are simple eating habits you can indulge into your lifestyle.

  1. Drinking lots of water.
  2. Stop consuming white sugar, instead switch to honey or jaggery
  3. Switch to brown rice instead of white rice
  4. Eat more salad but without sauces.
  5. Drink fruit shakes and add seeds like chia seeds into it.

Start with these simple steps, make it a routine and then go for more specific diet. But this diet is for all.
Stay healthy and safe by sitting at home.

Staying healthy is vital and during this time when we have to stay at home , staying fit is necessary. Exercising is not everyone's cup of tea, so eating healthy can be.
