Yes, it has been upvoted from before. Love the article. I don't have this issue, but I do have sometimes dark circles under eyes - does this help that too?
It does indeed, especially with repeated treatments. For this purpose, I recommend doing the dough dam and having someone do it for you, otherwise the goggles prevent the surface area from being sufficient for this purpose
