Avacados - a good kind of fat
I love avocados!! Lately i just can't get enough of them. I wake up and look forward to getting that piece of warm buttered toast and covering it from head to toe in avocado flesh.
Not only do they taste great on toast but they have loads of health benifits too.
Vitamin K,Folate,vitamin C,B5,B6 and vitamin E.
They possess more potassium than bananas(which alot of us lack in).
Potassium helps to lower blood pressure so reduces the risk of heart attacks and strokes so plenty of reasons to make an avocado an avoca-DO!
Full of fiber and monounsaturated fatty acid the same as in olive oil.
