I recommend the GAPS diets and Biokult. (yes we sell both and they are a different and arguably much safer approach to this problem)

Mad how it also affects dyslexia & ADHD. Two things I have. Though in recent years I have found peace with my mind and if anything these things seem to work to my advantage now!
