Water and symptoms of Dehydration

Water a substance composed of the following chemicals Hydrogen and oxygen. Can be found in three different states the liquid, solid and gaseous state.

Dehydration occurs when your body does not attain or get the amount of water needed or required of the body. Thus causing the functionality of the body to be on a decreased phase.

Causes

It is normal to loose water from the the body daily through sweating, breathing, pooping and urinating. Even crying and spitting is among.

Symptoms

Backpain, cramps, constipation, dizziness, decreased urine output, dry skin, dry and sticky mouth, fatigue, lightheaded, headaches, heartburn, irritability, indigestion, yellow urine.

Symptoms Of Severe Dehydration

Low Blood Pressure, confusion, fever, loss of elasticity.

Conclusion

If you are not consuming enough water, the strain on your body is being greatly increased which is not healthwise thus increasing the ageing process.
Drinking liquids that contain much sugar or caffeine robs the body of water and minerals due to high acidity.

There is no substance that is important to health than water.
