Ayurvedic home based medicine! I will make to reach you!!!

I have around 50 pages of Ayurvedic medicine book. But in my native language Gujarati. I have outsourced 20 pages to translate in English few days back. I am planning to blog here about every page in coming weeks.

Medicine is all about food. Just mixture of some food and lo you got healed. Though this is for education purpose I suggest to consult doctor also. You will able to manage your health in more better ways. For example, books say eating 4 black pepper every day will make you fit.
