In the previous posts about coffee; I've been trying to list out as much as possible the benefits of coffee consumption as they seem to be immeasurable!
Coffee just have so many benefits, I wonder if it is harmful in any way.
I will be listing as much benefits as possible.

5. Coffee and how it Affects the Heart

Researchers both from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) and Harvard School of Public Health, agreed that drinking coffee in moderate quantities protects the Heart against heart failure hereby reducing death rate due to heart failure. Drinking coffee in moderation is as as 2 European cups (equal to two 8 ounce American servings) per day.
Individuals who consume 4 European cups on a daily basis stand a chance of avoiding heart failure by 11% when compared to those who do not.
They also postulated that their results expressed a possible benefit but alike numerous other things we consume; it is dependent on how much coffee we drink.
