As per my routine, I arrived at the office early, which has become a habit of mine. This quiet time allows me to prepare before the day picks up pace. After a few friendly conversations with my colleagues, we gathered for our morning reviews, discussing new updates, ongoing cases, and plans for our patients. I then joined the endocrinology team for our ward rounds, where we assessed both returning and new patients, adjusting their treatment plans as needed. We spent longer than anticipated on rounds—until 2 p.m.—due to the number of patients requiring our help, making the morning fly by.

Once rounds concluded, it was time to conduct a lecture for the students. Once I arrived, I freshened up and headed straight to bed to rest. Mondays tend to be hectic, filled with patient care, teaching, and team collaboration. Yet, at the end of the day, I appreciate the meaningful impact of my work on people’s lives.
