INTRODUCTION
WHAT IS AN IMMUNE SYSTEM
Now, boosting the immune system has to do with taking things or leaving a lifestyle that will help your system stay strong and fight diseases. There are people who get sick frequently, it can be pneumonia, cold, malaria, etc but there are people who rarely get sick. If one checks closely, it has to do with their lifestyles.
THINGS THAT BOOST THE IMMUNE SYSTEM
BALANCE DIET: A healthy balance diet supports one immune system. This means that the food one eats must be made up of the different classes of food. You can't eat carbohydrate alone to boost your immune system. You need protein, fat and oil, mineral etc.
FRUITS: Eating fruits is a natural way of balancing immune system. Fruits and vegetables have no side effects and it is cheaper to purchase it to eat than spending the money on drugs trying to balance the immune system. Fruits such as Lime, lemon, orange, tangerine, pineapples, guava, strawberry , citrus fruit etc.
Other foods that can boost the immune system is Yoghurt
Fish like mackerel or salmon which have Omega-3 fatty acids
Spice like garlic, ginger
Exercise: Exercise also boosts the immune system. So eating fruits and balance diet isn't enough.
Water Drinking clean water is another way of boosting the immune system. Dehydration affects the immune system negatively
Increase hours of sleep and reduce stress Stress is dangerous to the immune system, and not sleeping long enough can make one fall sick or weaken the immune system.
