I usually add full cream milk powder to my smoothies or oatmeal when I’m out of fresh milk. It mixes pretty well and gives a nice creamy texture, plus it adds extra calories and nutrients, which helps me stay full longer. I also like that it doesn’t spoil quickly, so it’s easy to store and use whenever.
