Fitness Diary || 04 -03 -2026 || Preventing Arthritis Through Regular Exercise
Hello great fitness enthusiast and the novice, a sincere cordial greetings to y'all and I with no doubt believe you're all enjoying your fitness journey without any bit of a regret, it was actually the second fitness day of the week I feel it'll be kind and good to share my Wednesday routine with you friends.
We're still on lower boby exercise and the last check I reminded y'all about fighting osteoporosis which is the sickness of the bone by just a regular routine, now there's something I left out and today seems to be a very nice to share with y'all.
Arthritis is another condition that affects the lower body and can be prevented by regular exercise, this is a condition where the joint is inflamed and in worst case scenario you feel intense pains and feel complicated to climb even a little stair.
Each day you procrastinate to workout yourself, you're intentionally inviting arthritis to your life, this condition doesn't occur in the days of youth rather it occurs as you age, and the pain you'll experience then is the consequences of choosing a sedentary lifestyle over a fitness workout.

Some of the exercise we incorporated were squat, step ups, dynamic leg raise, wide running in place and etc. these exercise helps to exercise the lower body including the joints in your lower part of the body, a flexible joint is hard to be broken down and you keeps your joints flexible by engaging yourself on a workout.

And mind you; feeling exhausted, pains is something you should see coming especially when starting the journey newly, it's a normal process that everyone experienced but trust me the pains are temporary and it build long lasting results.
So when you're tired during a workout program, it's 100 percent okay to rest because rest is a part of workout, don't rest entirely, join when you feel yourself, each program is crucial and each right repetition is a step closer to achieving you fitness goal, a total wellness.
We actually had a mind blowing workout session, it was tiring but impactful, and yes it was fun, the environment was saturated by the rhythm of the music, we were drenched in sweat for what it worth, I'll stop here lovelies see y'all next day.
