Fitness Diary || 16 -02 -2026 || My Monday Fitness Drills
Hello fitness enthusiast and the novice, I trust you're all doing great in your different destination, well it's a great privilege for me to be sharing fitness routine with y'all and I'm super proud to be doing so.
After I successfully concluded last week with the upper body exercise, this week again I continue the program from where I stopped, remember I told you guys that it's going to be a two weeks upper body training and yes week one was already a success and now we're already onto week two.
On this week two we're not doing something different from last week, the program are going to be almost the exact as we'll be repeating some of the program we did and some new programs, the only difference is that this week we'll focus more on progressing on the repetition and sets.

The purpose of this program is to deeply strengthen the upper body muscles before switching to another workout routine, because by doing so we could build this type of upper body that strongly resist any sort of injuries even after staying a long time without working out.
After the whole workout we entered stretch, this was the part where we get to stretch all the body muscles, the session was intensive so leaving the camp without stretch would've maybe unfortunately caused pains or injury.

The neck, the arm, oblique, thign muscles, waist, calve, feet and etc were all stretched during the 2 minutes stretching duration, we spent a total of 1 hour 20 minutes in the whole session before we finally came to the end of it.
I was happy that we begin the week with a successful workout session, the hour we spent wasn't wasted because everyone were smiling after the session, that's the beauty of exercise.
