My Fitness Diary || 11 -03 -2026 || Guest For A Stronger Core And Strength —Day 2
Hello esteem and determined fitness enthusiast; I trust you're all having a good evening in wherever destination you are, I'm glad to be share my fitness routine with y'all and today fitness routine was super interesting.
Remember we're still on core and strength conditioning exercise and on this day —2 of my workout session with my fitness enthusiast we executed some crucial exercises that helped in that targeted area, I mean the abdominal region and strength booster.
To have this done I needed to carefully select the program; programs that sustain longer in their body. So the selected programs were sumu squat, mountain climber and side crunch. These exercise were good and and very impactful for gaining a strong core and strength.

On this day we were able to workout the oblique muscle which is the side tummy through the side crunch, glute, hips and thigh through the sumo squat, rectus abdominis muscle which is the center abdomen or six packs muscles was workout through the mountain climber exercise.
These exercise didn't just work for core and strength, they also improves mobility, flexibility and also improves posture. 20 repetition of sumo squat - 4 sets, 40 repetition of mountain climber - 4 sets and 10 repetition of side crunch - 4 sets.
Recovery time was as important as exercise time so we didn't hesitate to rest when necessary, it doesn't matter how small it is, take it and continue later. The session was cool and short as we play football on Wednesday, we needed to remain energy for football so we halt the session after 1:30 minutes, watch the video highlights of Wednesday core and strength conditioning.
