My Fitness Diary || 17 -04 -2026 || Abdominal Exercise Day-3 Finale

Hello esteem fitness enthusiast and the novice, I believe you're all in a good condition and I trust y'all have a wonderful fitness day today, I actually had a fun workout today which is why I want to share today's fitness highlight to y'all.

Today is actually the day-3 of my abdominal fitness routine and like I said in my previous post, I made use of yoga mat with my fitness enthusiast and the routine goes pretty well. In today's routine I lay all my focus on the pelvic floor and the lower abdomen, the aim was to improve flexibility and reduce belly fat.

One of the reasons we exercise the pelvic floor muscle is that it is crucial for controlling sexual function, core stability and other vital benefits, the pelvic floor is act as the base of the core so it helps stabilize the spine.

So to exercise these two regions I needed to find exercise that target the area directly, the two exercise I introduced today are Sit up and plank pelvic drive. These two exercise also exercise other parts of the body but the main function is on the pelvic and lower abdomen.

Between the two exercise the intensive one was sit-up and we needed support for a proper execution, a match in the tip-toe to support balance and strength and to maintain focus. Plank pelvic drive was executed with tabata song while sit-up was done in numbers and person was sure to execute 15 repetition minimum and 25 repetition maximum.

At the end of it we stretch and shows how a fitness should be done, in fun and cheerful way. We dance after today's workout and that's where the real fun lies in, not everyone that joins today dance as responsible commanded and they responded.
