My Fitness Diary || 20 -02 -2026 || Cardio, Upper Body And Abdominal Workout

Hello fitness enthusiast and the novice, I believe y'all slept well and are enjoying your day in your different destination; it's my uttermost pleasure to again share my fitness routine with y'all, you can incorporate this workout routine in your routine if necessary.

Today I mixed up the program to go beyond upper body exercise but cardio, upper body and abdominal exercises. The purpose was to compensate not just the upper body but almost the overall body as it's important to do so, to establish this results some routine were needed.

Jumping jacks, high knee, imaginary mountain climber, hand to heel, side shoulder fly and so on, with these programs it was an essy bunny to workout the cardio, the upper body, the abdominal and even the lower body as well.

The core reason of incorporating a full body exercise like this is because it improves overall strength as well as building a group of muscles in just a moment; all the major muscles in the body are being exercise and at the same time they're being improved.

Cardio helps the heart to operate effectively, blood circulate smoothly through it vessels and helps the heart grow healthy, a healthy heart helps to overall body (upper body, abdominal and even the lower body) to grow properly.

Exercise like this helps to burn calories, brings out sweat, endorphins breakout and the body feels excited. At this point every repetition is crucial, the body yearn for water as heat reacted, the soul becomes energetic as the rhythm of the music flows, a total cinema.

A workout session like this brings happiness because at the end of it you realize that you've done something really good to yourself that even your body gets to thank you, I deprived joy in moment like this because in the depths of my heart I understand that I've being able to help people.

After the whole session everyone safely returned to their different destination with a joy to relaxed and rest the muscles, yes recovery is as good as workout because it helps the muscles to regain strength, this was where I concluded my Friday fitness drills.
