My Fitness Diary || 30 -03 -2026 || Upper Body Aerobic

Felicitation my fellow fitness enthusiast, I believe you're all having a good evening and it's my pleasure to shared my get routine with y'all again, we began this week with upper body routine, this i making it three second week we incorporate the upper body.

The reason is to build muscle and strength, when you exercise a certain program regularly your body adapt to the exercise and build long lasting memory that if you change the routine for a short time go back to the program, your body had already mastered the routines so your body gets to resist the pains that most people experience when stopping and resume again.

Also this process helps you to track your progress, are you strong or you're getting weaker? For instance when you incorporate a particular program like aerobic you might last for five minutes or 20 pushups but you repeat the program regularly, endurance is gradually build and you gradually break the resistance and surpass your current limits, that's progress and that's strength.

Since we involved aerobic in the session other part of the body was also included, lower body and abdominal region but the main focus was on the upper body. Since the execution wasn't in a static form but in a dynamic cardio was also affected in the session.

Exercise like this is very crucial because at the end of the session you realize that the overall body is exercise, while building endurance you boost your cardiovascular health, burn calories and improve athletically.

So for the beginning of the week we spent a total of 1 hour and 25 minutes focusing on attacking the upper body and other part of the body, it was actually fun and as we had fun during the execution, we were inspired by the music and we were sock in sweat which is the gain.
