Hello Steemit friends,
how are you all? I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. I am also fine by the grace of Allah.Today, I will participate in the new contest from Healthy Steem brought by the honorable Moderator @helengutier2. 🥙 What does healthy eating mean to you?

There is no alternative to healthy food to maintain good health. Most of the diseases that occur in our bodies are caused by unhealthy food. Therefore, healthy food should be taken to maintain good health.
By healthy food I mean those foods-

  • Which, if eaten, provides the necessary nutrients to the body. Such as different types of fruits
    Provides the necessary energy for the body. Such as different types of meat, different types of vegetables, fish, eggs, milk, etc.

  • The lack of vitamins needed by the body is met by all the foods such as various vegetables.
    Our daily food list should contain vitamins, proteins, calcium, and other nutrient-rich foods.
  • Encourages you to say no to junk food in favor of healthy eating.
  • Discourages excessive oily food.
  • Discourages fatty foods.
    Therefore, healthy foods are those foods that provide the necessary nutrients for the body without causing problems in the body.

🥙 How much fruit and vegetables do you eat?

I always make a food list thinking about the nutrition of myself and my family. Although it is always possible to follow it completely, I always try to give importance to health. I know that we get a lot of vitamins and minerals from fruits and vegetables, so I keep vegetables and fruits in my daily diet. Vegetables must be on my daily food list. These vegetables are sometimes boiled, and sometimes lightly fried. In short, seasonal vegetables are always on my daily food list.
I eat fruit at least once a day. It is often seasonal and sometimes imported.

🥙 How do you take care not to eat too much sugar and salt?

Both sugar and salt are necessary for our body. However, if we consume it in excess, we have to face various problems. In addition, I am discussing a little about the problems that arise from eating sugar and salt.

  • Sugar: -
  • Excess sugar or sugar-like foods increase body weight, increasing obesity.
  • Eating too much sugar causes the cells in the body to not respond properly to insulin
    Diabetic.
  • Excess sugary foods increase the risk of heart attack. Sugary foods increase the risk of macular degeneration.
  • Foods high in sugar cause fat to accumulate in the liver.

  • Excess salt causes high blood pressure in the body.
  • Excess salt increases the risk of heart attack.
  • Excess salt damages kidney blood vessels and impairs the ability to filter waste from the blood.

🥙 Do you eat junk food very often?

No, I don't eat junk food. My family doesn't like junk food either. I prefer home-cooked food to fast food junk food. Whenever I want to eat fast food, my wife prepares it at home. I especially like noodles. My wife prepares this food with very little oil. But never outside. Junk food is not taken by me or my family. Because I know that junk food is thought of health or mouth taste. Which is a serious threat to our body. So, I always avoid junk food.
