Would have loved to curate this one, but I have no idea what is in this dish or how to best prepare it, so I won't.

Maybe write a few paragraphs next time? It would make this post so much more enjoyable as it looks delicious but leaves me open to guess its contents. Or to google it - which I don't want to do, reading and looking for quality articles here on Steemit.
