Good publication The truth is that our physical well-being depends a lot on our state of mind. We must be sufficiently resilient to be able to leave adverse moments, without these undermining our good spirits. A good attitude always ends up with good results. And a positive mind gives us comfort almost immediately. A well-distributed good spirit feeds the soul and strengthens the body.
