I have noticed a big difference. As a newbie, my posts were good for about a penny and it was unusually from me. :) Now, I am making sometimes a couple of dollars on just a thoughtful comment. I am trying hard to learn the ropes, define myself and my own contribution here. This is made a lot easier with the motivation recieved by way of a few more pennies. Thanks much!
