The Diary Game - November 16, 2025 - MR Campaign Preparation: Organizing Teams and Vaccines for a Healthier Tomorrow

Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well and enjoying their lives. Today is Sunday, and on Sunday, we had to complete all the work that we had to do in the MR campaign. So, for that, the first thing we had to do was to divide all the things that were to be used in our campaign separately, because we had four teams of counselors, and all the equipment had to be divided among the four teams. So to complete all this work, we had breakfast and went straight to the hospital.

The day before, our supervisor had received the vaccine and all the stock, and here we had brought the center BHU 1/10-L, which has now been named MNHC 1/10-L.

We had different types of stock, which included slipthatch. The social mobilizer would go door to door, and on the slip, he would write the number of the child, the team number, the day number, and his name. He would give that slip to the parents at home. The parents would come to us with that slip, and we would see in that slip how many children they have and how many they brought with them. Based on that, we would inject them. If any child is missed, the bill would be sent to their home again through the social network.

Similarly, there was all the documentation for the team assistant, where he had to save all his records and submit his report to the supervisor in the evening. Along with the equipment, he had a plan book with the entire plan written onshowing it, how many houses would be covered in a day.

There were some other products that were to be used in this campaign, which included a marker, which was very important. The child who would get the injection would be marked with a marker to indicate that he had been vaccinated once before. There was also a uniform that the social mobilizer team, assistant supervisor, skill person, and all the people would wear, and there were also some other pamphlets.

We had four shopping bags from the Stylo company, which we kept separately, and we would put whatever products we picked up in each bag. For example, if there is only one assistant in a team, then there is a 12-day campaign for that assistant, so whatever he had to use, he kept 12 by 12 in his box. Similarly, the injections for the skilled person and the telesheet were kept with them. Along with them, there were chalk and pamphlets, etc,. Fr the social mobilizer, which they had to distribute in the houses and mark the door with chalk.

We packed all the things separately. There were four teams. We prepared four boxes separately so that when the team comes in the morning and picks up their bags and reaches their point, as is our fixed duty, we have to stay at the MNHC Hospital. These children will come to us there, and we have to vaccinate them. So, we made them separately for all the people. This is for convenience so that we don't have to distribute things separately in the morning.

There are some vaccine carriers in which this vaccine has to be kept. When our campaign duty is to start in the morning, we have to keep four ice packs in this vaccine carrier. We have to keep this vaccine in the middle and on all sides. The advantage of this is that the vaccine will not spoil because we have to protect this vaccine from sunlight and bright light. It has to be kept in a cool environment.

We filled the ice packs that were to be kept in the vaccine carriers with water, and after filling them with water, we kept them in the I, LR, where they would freeze until morning and serve as our ice. We kept all those things separately because some of them were small and some were big. We needed the big ones, so we kept the big ones, ones too.

Similarly, we have to keep all the vaccines in the ILR because if we keep them outside, they will spoil. Therefore, we have kept all the vaccines in the ILR, and we have also kept the diluent in the ILR because we will keep as many diluents as we need here daily.

We also kept the syringes to be used for the vaccination separately on one side, so that as soon as the team arrives in the morning, they can be given a box each, and they can go and start their work. Thus, for our own convenience and for the convenience of others, we packed all the equipment separately today so that the MR campaign, which is called the Measles Rubella Campaign, can be formally launched.

While doing this work, we had spent a lot of time, and the next class had started almost at noon. I was also hungry. Then I left the hospital and went straight to a shop where samos, a s etctc. Were available. I bought some rolls and some small samosas from there and took them home. After bringing them home, I my lunch with them.

After eating, I rested for a while. After resting, I went out for a walk to the fields where, ready to go, one of my cousins was uprooting the plants that had damaged his crop, because the potato crop was grown here.

Some plants destroy the entire crop. They remove these plants in advance so that the remaining ones can get good nutrition. So he was busy with his work. I also went to him. We chatted for a while, and the sun was also setting, which presented a very beautiful scene. There was greenery below, and a bulb-like sun was visible above, which was bringing peace to the heart.

Along with the potato crop, there was a pea crop. We also visited there, and looking at green things like this makes the eyes feel cool. I also felt that coolness. Then, similarly, my cousin's work was also completed, and we started chatting and headed towards our homes.

At night, we were in the mood to eat out, so we went to Cheese's at Harappa Station, which is a famous fast food restaurant in our area, where you can find products like pizza, burgers, and shawarma. There we ordered a pizza. After ordering the pizza, we enjoyed it with a cold drink.
