Beureneun Golden Mosque

Assalamualaikum wr. wb.
How are you all doing, friends? I pray that you are all in good health and that your daily activities are going smoothly. Today, I traveled a long way to return home from Lhokseumawe to Banda Aceh. I passed through many areas and places, such as mosques, rice fields, cities, and tourist attractions. I departed at 7:00 a.m. and arrived in Banda Aceh at 4:00 p.m. A long and enjoyable journey.

Before starting the trip, my family and I bought breakfast first. We didn't eat at home because we were afraid it would take too long during the trip. During the trip, there would definitely be a queue to wait to cross the emergency bridge for about 2 hours, so my family and I took the initiative to eat while waiting in line so as not to waste time. I bought two packs of rice, one with fish and the other with omelet.

During the three-hour trip, I stopped briefly at a gas station to fill up my car with fuel. While filling up the car, my wife and I used the restroom and washed our faces. I filled the tank completely so that I wouldn't have to look for fuel again, as there was a fear of shortages in my area after the floods. After filling up the tank and using the restroom, we immediately continued our journey.

It was time for the midday call to prayer, so I prayed at the Beureunen mosque, which is only three hours away from the city of Banda Aceh. This mosque was completed about a year ago. It is clean and spacious, and many people stop by to pray here. There are also shelters outside the mosque for visitors or worshippers to eat and rest for a while. I stayed here a little longer because my friend happened to come by.

After a long 9-hour journey, I arrived in my hometown of Banda Aceh. Upon arrival, I really missed the beach atmosphere with small boats moored there. I went there immediately before nightfall. I sat down and enjoyed a cup of bandred drink and fried bananas until the call to evening prayer sounded. When night fell, I cleaned myself up and went straight to bed.
