Part-2 of celebration: January 2nd, 2026

Yesterday me and my wife went to watch Dhurandhar movie in Rapid Cineplex. This place in Modipuram operates as a three-screen multiplex.

Typical small multiplexes like this in India seat around 400-600 overall, with emphasis on comfortable stadium-style seating. The theater features 2D and 3D formats, with superior brightness and sound systems.

We were eager to watch 'Dhurandhar' featuring a bearded characters Arjun Rampal and Ranveer Singh in several bloodied looks, along with intense violence involving Akshaye Khanna, surprisingly he was clean shaven and Sanjay Dutt, the film already feels like a groundbreaking pun.

I liked the movie but my wife cursed me for poor selection. You know women, most women do not like so much violence!

Director Aditya Dhar’s film shows Ranveer Singh as the lead, portraying a daredevil. Akshaye Khanna appears as a dacoit turned politician, Sanjay Dutt as a police officer who believes in on the spot judgement, R. Madhavan as a spy leader of Karma, and Arjun Rampal as the bloody killer.
