The Diary Game: Going To Work And Cooking Banga Soup With Atama (14-02-2026)

Saturday came very early, I left my sister in the hospital to come back and go to work. I went to work when I came back from the hospital. I told her I would come back to the hospital in the evening when I am back from work and she asked me to come back home.

Being at work was so tiring because I spent all the time attending to patients and my colleague couldn't make it because she had a professional examination to take so she was excused. I stayed till 4pm then I returned back home to go and cook so that I can eat and keep it for my hubby and also take it to the hospital.

I was on my way back from work when I see these palm fruits, I went to the place and met the owner, I asked if I could take some and he gave me so much of them, I was so happy, even though that was not what was on mind, I had to change my mind to cook bang soup.

I took the palm fruits to the house and dropped then I took some money to the market to buy atama leaves because that's what you use in cooking banga soul. I bought fish and other things and then I came back home to come and cook.

I started by washing the palm fruits and boiling it so they can get softer for me to be able to pound them so that I can use the juice and make banga soul with atama. After boiling, I pounded it and then used the juice to make the soup.

After I finished cooking, I took my bath and then I saved some of the soup in the fridge and remained some in the pot then dished some into food pack and then took some and ate before I left the house.

When I left the house, I went to go and buy diapers so that I can take to my sister in the hospital and I bought bread as well. When I finished buying the items, I came back home to put them in a bag so that I can go to the hospital.

I called my hubby go tell him where and where I left the food at home and also to inform him that I will be leaving to the hospital and then he wished me journey mercies and then I went to the hospital. I was in the hospital and will be spending the night again here. I will still meet up with you people next time.
